About Mr. Craig

Bradley S. Craig, LMSW-IPR, CFLE

Bradley Craig is a Licensed Master's Social Worker, Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE), mediator, educator, and nationally recognized coparenting professional with more than three decades of experience working with court-involved families and children raised between two homes.

Since beginning his specialization in family court services in 1993 with Tarrant County Family Court Services, Brad has worked collaboratively with judges, attorneys, mental health professionals, educators, and community organizations to develop child-focused interventions designed to reduce parental conflict and improve long-term family functioning.

Licensed in Texas and Utah, Brad received his Master’s Degree in Social Work from the The University of Texas at Arlington, where he later served as an Adjunct Professor. During his time with Tarrant County Family Court Services, he conducted custody evaluations, facilitated mediation sessions, and assisted in the development of educational orientation programs for litigating families navigating separation and divorce. His early work in the family court system helped shape his long-standing focus on helping parents create healthier coparenting relationships that protect children from the damaging effects of ongoing parental conflict.

In 1998, Brad developed the Children in the Middle Co-Parenting Education class, a program designed to provide practical, child-centered guidance for parents raising children across two households. In 1999, he founded Children in the Middle Coparenting Services, Inc., a comprehensive agency providing coparenting education, consultation, mediation, and parenting plan development services for separated and divorced families. He later expanded his professional work through Between Two Homes, LLC and Between Two Homes Direct Services, LLC, where he continues to provide direct services, consultation, and professional training for organizations and families navigating complex co-parenting and custody-related issues.

Brad has extensive experience working with high-conflict family systems and ongoing parenting disputes in roles including Family Mediator, Collaborative Law Allied Professional, Cooparenting Case Manager, Parenting Facilitator, Parenting Coordinator, Educator, and Coparenting Coach. Known for his structured, practical, and child-focused approach, he provides services designed to help families reduce conflict, improve communication, and develop sustainable parenting frameworks that support healthy child development and family stability.

In addition to his direct clinical and court-related work, Brad has become a respected trainer and consultant for professionals working within family court and co-parenting systems. Alongside Dr. Aaron Robb, he has trained parenting facilitators throughout Texas through specialized professional training programs. He has also co-presented with Ann Marie Termini, coauthor of The Psychotherapist As Parent Coordinator in High-Conflict Divorce: Strategies and Techniques, on strategies and interventions for high-conflict divorce and parenting coordination matters.

Brad is also the author of the Between Two Homes series of books and has developed educational curriculum, training materials, and video programs focused on co-parenting, family transition, and reducing the impact of parental conflict on children. He has served as a guest speaker on numerous television and radio programs and is regularly invited to present at local, state, and national conferences on co-parenting, family court dynamics, and child-centered intervention strategies. He also hosted “The Children in the Middle Show,” an educational cable television series focused on helping families and professionals better understand the effects of post-separation conflict on children and the resources available to support healthier co-parenting relationships.

Brad continues his education through the following organizations:

Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC)
Texas AFCC
National Association of Social Workers
National Council on Family Relations
Phi Kappa Phi

Forensic and Coparenting Specialists

Texas Association of Family Forensics

Brad provides professional seminars on coparenting issues, high conflict families, tools in working with families raising children between two homes, parenting coordination, and forensic vs. therapeutic best practices to organizations and professionals by request.
